Here are some strategies to stay calm, make informed decisions, and support your team during challenging times:

  • Acknowledge your emotions: It’s okay to feel stressed or anxious. Trying to bottle it up will only hinder your judgment. Acknowledge your emotions, but don’t let them dictate your actions.
